“ECCO COME SONO STATO VITTIMA DEL BAVAGLIO DELLA RAI”

IL MINISTRO, SOTTO PRESSIONE, ALLA FINE HA CEDUTO E HA INVITATO IL SINDACO DI ADRO A RIMUOVERE DALLA SCUOLA I SIMBOLI LEGHISTI…I FINIANI: “IL SINDACO PAGHI DI TASCA SUA LE SPESE”… NOI PENSIAMO CHE DEBBA ESSERE COMMISSARIATO

Via il sole delle Alpi, simbolo della Lega, dalla scuola di Adro, paesino del bresciano governato dal Carroccio.
Il ministro dell’Istruzione Mariastella Gelmini, con una lettera fatta inviare nei giorni scorsi dal direttore dell’ufficio scolastico della Lombardia, ha chiesto al sindaco di Adro, Oscar Lancini, di «adoperarsi per la rimozione dal polo scolastico del simbolo» noto come il «sole delle Alpi».
Nel nuovo polo scolastico costruito ad Adro infatti il simbolo utilizzato dalla Lega spunta sui tetti, sui banchi, nelle aiuole e addirittura sui posacenere.
Ieri erano state almeno un migliaio le persone a partecipare ad Adro alla manifestazione contro la collocazione del simbolo leghista nella scuola.
Nella lettera del ministero, firmata dal direttore Giuseppe Colosio, viene dato atto al sindaco di Adro di aver realizzato «attrezzature didattiche all’avanguardia», ma è anche spiegato che non può essere nascosto il fatto che «il sole delle Alpi» è uno dei simboli utilizzati dalla Lega, il movimento politico al quale appartiene la maggioranza dell’amministrazione comunale di Adro.
Nella lettera si ricorda l’attenzione mediatica di questi giorni e si sottolinea che è dovere dell’amministrazione evitare che la politica di parte entri nella scuola: la delicatezza della funzione – si legge nel testo – impone di intervenire anche in caso di solo sospetto, per evitare ogni possibile strumentalizzazione.
«Ci voleva una grande mobilitazione civile per spingere il ministro a chiedere una cosa di ordinario buon senso nonchè suo preciso dovere e cioè togliere il simbolo della Lega dalla scuola di Adro. E finalmente è arrivata l’eclissi del sole delle Alpi», ha commentato Francesca Puglisi, responsabile Scuola del Pd.
«Bisogna dare atto al ministro dell’istruzione di essere finalmente intervenuta per rimettere ordine nell’incredibile vicenda della “scuola di partito” di Adro. Ora speriamo che non si apra un braccio di ferro con la Lega, che d’altra parte ha già  ottenuto la pubblicità  che voleva», ha detto il deputato di Fli Benedetto Della Vedova.
«A questo punto – ha proseguito Della Vedova – spero almeno che le spese per la “deleghistizzazione” del Polo scolastico, i simboli leghisti sono e vanno tolti ovunque, non finiscano a carico dei cittadini di Adro, ma degli amministratori che hanno prodotto, con una scelta sconclusionata, anche un danno erariale per il Comune».
Il sindaco Lancini è finito per la terza volta, da quando ricopre l’incarico, al centro della ribalta mediatica nazionale.
Prima del sole delle Alpi era stato per le «taglie sui clandestini» e poi per la mensa scolastica negata ai bimbi che non erano in regola con le rette.
Tutti elementi, a nostro giudizio, per ritenere che l’amministrazione comunale di Adro debba essere commissariata da tempo, come nei casi dei comuni soggetti ad infiltrazione mafiosa.
Attuando provvedimenti in palese violazione delle leggi del nostro Paese e in contrasto con la Costituzione repubblicana.
Il fatto che il sindaco sia stato eletto dai cittadini non ha rilevanza giuridica, anche nei comuni mafiosi accade la stessa cosa.
Se il Pdl non avesse dimostrato da anni di scattare sull’attenti a ogni corbelleria leghista, certi soggetti non si sarebbero permessi di arrivare a casi come questi che sputtanano il nostro Paese nel mondo.
E la stessa Gelmini fino a pochi giorni fa non dimentichiamo che tendeva a minimizzare e giustificare il sindaco.
Se ora ha ceduto è stato perchè si stava mobilitando il Paese e si stavano intraprendendo azioni giudiziarie.
E a livello politico i finiani (e non solo) avevano chiesto di intervenire: un caso politico su Adro Berlusconi non poteva permetterselo.

ALLA POLIZIA E' VIETATO TELEFONARE ALL'ESTERO: NON CI SONO PIU' SOLDI

LA SICUREZZA DI MARONI: UNA CIRCOLARE DEL VIMINALE IMPONE DI DISABILITARE LE CHIAMATE…OPERATIVITA’ COMPROMESSA, TAGLIATO 1 MILIARDO NEL 2009, ALTRI 700 MILIONI NEL 2010, TRA POCO SARANNO LIMITATE ANCHE LE INTERURBANE…”MARONI RIVENDICA RISULTATI CHE NON GLI APPARTENGONO” DICONO LE FORZE DELL’ORDINE

A prefetture e uffici della Stradale è arrivata una circolare dal ministero dell’Interno che impone di disabilitare le chiamate internazionali.
Se una telefonata allunga la vita, la sicurezza dei cittadini italiani ha i giorni contati.
La disposizione arriva direttamente dal ministero dell’Interno, e impedirà  alla polizia italiana di effettuare telefonate verso l’estero.
“Operatività  compromessa”, denunciano i sindacati.
Ecco l’ennesimo taglio del governo alla voce Ordine pubblico e sicurezza.
Ed è solo l’inizio: limitazioni potrebbero arrivare anche per le chiamate interurbane.
Tutto perfettamente in linea con la politica dell’esecutivo.
Nel 2009 aveva sforbiciato più di un miliardo alle Forze di Polizia, quest’anno il budget complessivo è stato ridotto di altri 270 milioni, mentre ‘Immigrazione e accoglienza’ perde altri 380 milioni.
“È l’evoluzione naturale dell’ormai nota mancanza di benzina”, spiega Franco Maccari, da ventisette anni in polizia e segretario generale del Coisp, il sindacato indipendente di polizia, che ha lanciato l’allarme in un comunicato.
“Nelle questure, negli uffici di frontiera e in tutti gli uffici di polizia stradale — spiega Maccari — stanno disabilitando le telefonate internazionali”.
Le disposizioni sono contenute in una circolare del Viminale, diramata attraverso un file criptato che non può uscire dagli uffici.
Ma nella Prefettura e negli uffici della Stradale di Milano è già  operativa.
E se la prima segnalazione è giunta da una delle macroaree in cui è divisa la competenza territoriale per le telecomunicazioni delle forze di polizia, altre ne arrivano da uffici di Vicenza e Bologna.
Il danno è presto detto.
La polizia stradale non potrà  comunicare alle ditte di trasporti estere i fermi di veicoli pesanti che avvengono quotidianamente.
E dagli uffici immigrazione nessuno sarà  più in grado di contattare le ambasciate.
Un ulteriore commento arriva da Gianmario Morello, segretario nazionale per il nord Italia della Confederazione sindacale autonoma di polizia (Consap): “Si tratta di un colpo durissimo, che avrà  ripercussioni sociali sulla sicurezza dei cittadini”.
I casi si moltiplicano, anche a livello locale.
In una comunicazione del commissariato di Santa Maria Capua Vetere (Caserta) si legge: “Per l’anno in corso non verranno più forniti blocchi verbalizzatori”.
Dopodichè la raccomadazione “a un utilizzo più accorto di quelli in dotazione”.
La disposizione, rivolta a tutto il personale in servizio, prevede la compilazione dei verbali “solo ed esclusivamente” in caso di “fattispecie contravvenzionali pericolose”.
Insomma, meno multe perchè da Roma non mandano nemmeno la carta per i verbali.
“Nonostante le promesse, il governo non ha fatto niente per noi”, accusa Maccari.
E rilancia: “Anzi, rivendica risultati che non gli appartengono. Dovrebbero vergognarsi”. Poi continua: “Le ditte private evitano i nostri appalti perchè il ministero paga le fatture dopo tre o quattro anni”.
E prosegue: “Addirittura il negoziante che fornisce il cibo per i cani poliziotto aspetta più di due anni”.
Come fate allora? “Ci costringono a chiedere favori a contare sui rapporti di fiducia. Ma così si sfrutta la gente”.
Lo stesso vale per la remunerazione delle missioni o degli straordinari agli agenti, che negli uffici si arrangiano come possono. “Ho dovuto metterli io i ventisei euro per il nuovo Codice della strada, quello in vigore da agosto”, ricorda sconsolato un agente della Stradale .
Dopodichè confessa: “Ci mandano in giro con vetture che hanno più di duecentomila chilometri e in piena estate molti di noi indossano la divisa invernale”.
Franco Maccari conferma, e cita la recente consegna di una divisa datata 1989 (“c’era la targhetta”), ma anche una circolare dello scorso febbraio, in cui era disposto il blocco di qualunque riparazione alle autovetture perchè i fondi, per quest’anno, sono già  finiti.
Come si fa a lavorare così? “Spirito di servizio e disponibilità  della gente nei confronti delle forze dell’ordine”, spiega Maccari.
Che assicura: “Dovessimo eliminare tutto ciò che non è espressamente autorizzato e marchiato dal ministero dell’Interno, quasi tutti gli uffici sarebbero vuoti e inefficienti”.
E i risultati sbandierati da Maroni?
“Non gli appartengono — ribatte seccato il sindacalista — . I politici non passano le notti insonni e senza mangiare, non fanno scorte, non fanno appostamenti, nè ascoltano telefonate per ore”.
Di più: “L’eccellenza di un arresto — garantisce Maccari — soprattutto nella lotta alla criminalità  organizzata, è il frutto di anni di lavoro, decenni a volte”.
E chiude: “Si vergognino delle frasi ad effetto, dei loro slogan. Non hanno fatto nulla per chi il crimine lo combatte davvero”.

L'AFFARE CASA MONTECARLO SI SGONFIA: NESSUNO HA MAI OFFERTO UNA CIFRA SUPERIORE A 300.000 EURO

IL SEN. CARUSO, DAVANTI AI GIUDICI, ORA TORNA SUI SUOI PASSI E AMMETTE: “L’OFFERTA DI 1 MILIONE DI EURO NON E’ MAI ESISTITA”… L’APPARTAMENTO NON LO VOLEVA NESSUNO DA SEI ANNI: LA PERIZIA DEPOSITATA PARLAVA DI UN VALORE DI 230.000 EURO ED E’ STATA VENDUTA A 300.000 EURO

Ora a Palazzo di Giustizia di Roma si attende solo che i colleghi monegaschi facciano pervenire le carte necessarie per definire rapidamente l’inchiesta sulla famosa casa ereditata da An a Montecarlo .
Dagli interrogatori degli amministratori di An Pontone e La Morte, nonchè del sen. Caruso che aveva seguito le pratiche di successione della Colleoni, non è emerso alcun risvolto penale.
Anzi, è venuta meno una delle potenziali accuse pubblicate dai giornali della famiglia Berlusconi: quella seconda la quale la casa sarebbe stata “svenduta” a 300.000 euro, non considerando altre offerte che sarebbero pervenute di oltre 1 milione di euro.
Tesi attribuita dalla stampa al sen. Caruso, secondo il quale ci sarebbe stata anche un’offerta scritta in ta senso.
Di fronte ai giudici però il sen. Caruso ( che non ha seguito Fini in “Futuro e Libertà “) ha dovuto ammettere la verità : nessuna offerta era mai pervenuta ad An per quella casa in condizioni fatiscenti.
E questo per almeno 6 anni: il valore dell’appartamento era stato fatto periziare in tempi non sospetti da una società  immobiliare monegasca che l’aveva valutata, in quelle condizioni, 230.000 euro, redigendo apposito verbale.
Quando arrivò l’offerta di 300.000 euro dalla Printemps, La Morte ha dichiarato che correttamente “Fini mi chiese un parere e io gli dissi che prima ce la toglievamo di torno e meglio era”.
Non solo: “facemmo un affare, visto che fu venduta a un prezzo superiore a quello valutato”.
Dato che la società  monegasca non aveva certo interesse, 6 anni prima, quando Fini non stava neanche con la Tulliani, a dichiarare il falso in una valutazione (e che chi l’ha vista ne ha confermato lo stato di degrado), crolla il discorso del “valore superiore”.
E il fatto che non fosse pervenita alcuna offerta, dimostra la campagna diffamatoria di chi invece ha avallato tale tesi, senza fornire mai un testimone attendibile.
Ora si aspettano i documenti che, come sembra già  di sapere “Libero” che parla ormai in modo addolorato di probabile archiviazione, finiranno per dare ragione a Fini.
Quanto alla presunta presenza del cognato nella casa, nessuno vieta di prendere in affitto un appartamento a Montecarlo da terzi, di ammobiliarlo come gli pare e di visitare l’appartamento prima della locazione.
Anche perchò la ditta francese che l’ha ristrutturato conferma di essere stata pagata dalla Printemps e non certo da Tulliani.
Se tutto si risolvesse in un bolla di sapone, resta una domanda: chi restituirà  i tre punti in percentuale che qualcuno ha fatto perdere a Fini nei sondaggi e   chi lo ripagherà  della infame campagna diffamatoria contro di lui?
Qualcuno forse si dimetterà  dalla direzione dei giornali per dignità  o resterà  al suo posto, dopo aver reclamato per mesi la poltrona del presidente della Camera?
Qualcuno verrà  nel caso radiato dall’ordine?
Attendiamo risposta, non solo dalla rogatoria .

IL CASO DEL SENATORE SPEZIALI (PDL): DIRIGE L’AEROPORTO DI LAMEZIA GRAZIE ANCHE AL VOTO DEL FIGLIO

SECONDO LA LEGGE I MEMBRI DEL PARLAMENTO NON POSSONO AVERE INCARICHI IN SOCIETA’ PUBBLICHE….UNO STRANO INTRECCIO: SPEZIALI E’ STATO VOTATO DAL FIGLIO CHE E’ NEL CONSIGLIO DI AMMINISTRAZIONE DELLA SOCIETA’ AEROPORTUALE…LA FAMIGLIA POSSIEDE IMPORTANTI AZIENDE NEL SETTORE DEI MATERIALI DI COSTRUZIONE E PER RIFARE L’AEROPORTO SONO STATI STANZIATI 60 MILIONI DI EURO

Fra gli aeroporti calabresi e il Senato è ormai attrazione fatale: senza distinzione di schieramento.
Pietro Fuda, senatore del centrosinistra, è stato amministratore unico dell’aeroporto di Reggio Calabria?
Ora è toccato a Vincenzo Speziali, 79 anni, originario di Bovalino, senatore in carica del Popolo della libertà , nominato in piena estate presidente della S.A.Cal.
È la società  che gestisce lo scalo aeroportuale di Lamezia Terme, controllata al 68% da azionisti pubblici, fra cui la Regione Calabria, alcuni Comuni, le Province di Catanzaro e Cosenza.
Il restante 32% è invece in mano a un assortito gruppo di privati: un assembramento nel quale c’è di tutto, dagli Aeroporti di Roma al Monte dei Paschi di Siena, alla Banca Carime, fino alla Giacinto Callipo, ditta produttrice del tonno conservato che fa capo all’imprenditore Filippo Callipo, candidato dipietrista alle ultime elezioni regionali.
La singolarità  della vicenda, tuttavia, non è dovuta a questo.
Intanto che un senatore in carica venga messo alla presidenza di una società  controllata dal pubblico, incarico in questo caso pienamente operativo con deleghe importanti, è un fatto che oggettivamente non può passare inosservato.
Al riguardo, la legge sulle incompatibilità  parlamentari, tuttora in vigore, è chiarissima: fra gli altri impedimenti, i membri del Parlamento non possono avere cariche in società  pubbliche.
Ancora più chiara in questo caso, se si considera che il senatore è stato designato come rappresentante della Regione Calabria nel consiglio della S.A.Cal. dal governatore Giuseppe Scopelliti.
Basta leggere il primo articolo della legge 60 del 1953: «I membri del Parlamento non possono ricoprire cariche o uffici di qualsiasi specie in enti pubblici o privati per nomina o designazione del governo o di organi dell’amministrazione dello Stato».
Lampante, no? Ma solo sulla carta, naturalmente, perchè la storia dimostra che in un modo o nell’altro, con acrobatiche interpretazioni delle norme, le incompatibilità  si aggirano sempre.
E non è finita qui.
La lettura del verbale del consiglio di amministrazione che ha deciso la nomina rivela particolari sorprendenti.
Per esempio, fra i consiglieri che hanno votato il nuovo presidente c’è anche suo figlio Giuseppe, che siede nel consiglio della S.A.Cal. in rappresentanza degli Aeroporti di Roma.
Di mestiere fa l’imprenditore, come suo padre.
La famiglia di Vincenzo Speziali ha infatti interessi assai ramificati nel settore dei materiali da costruzione, dell’edilizia e dell’energia.
Imprese come la Calce Meridionale, la Laterizi solai prefabbricati, la Edilizia residenziale prefabbricata, la Servizi industriali e altre ancora.
Un gruppo nel quale riveste un ruolo pure il fratello maggiore di Giuseppe, Antonio Speziali, che è fra l’altro consigliere di amministrazione di un’altra impresa pubblica: la Società  risorse idriche calabresi, controllata al 53,5% dalla Regione Calabria (il resto è del gruppo francese Veolia).
La nomina risale al 23 giugno 2010, cinque giorni dopo che la Procura della repubblica di Catanzaro ne chiedesse il rinvio a giudizio per una vicenda, ha scritto l’8 settembre la Gazzetta del Sud, «di violenza privata aggravata dalla mafiosità » relativa all’aggiudicazione di un terreno.
L’udienza preliminare, secondo quanto ha riferito il giornale, è fissata per il 18 ottobre.
Unico a non condividere la designazione del senatore Speziali alla presidenza della società  aeroportuale, astenendosi, è stato il rappresentante del Comune di Lamezia Terme.
Per «motivazioni prettamente tecniche», spiega il verbale.
In pratica per la decisione di nominare presidente di un’azienda a maggioranza pubblica un senatore in carica la cui famiglia possiede un piccolo impero nel settore dei materiali edilizi.
Proprio nel momento in cui la stessa società  sta per avviare un progetto di 60 milioni di euro, finanziato con fondi pubblici, per rifare l’aeroporto: operazione che richiederà  un massiccio impiego di quei prodotti.
E tanto più che nel consiglio di amministrazione della S.A.Cal. siedono addirittura due esponenti di quella famiglia imprenditoriale, padre e figlio.
Elementi sufficienti per avere molte perplessità  sulla gestione dell’intera vicenda.
